My Animations

This was my entry video for university. It took two whole weeks of animating, over 700 pieces of paper, two pencils — and a small part of my sanity. It was fully hand-drawn, animated frame by frame, with a few prior studies to help bring it to life.

It’s not perfect, but I put my heart into it when I created it in 2023.

This small walk cycle was part of an animation study I created while preparing for my "Border" animation. It’s a simple loop, but it took quite some time — turns out animating frame-by-frame directly on paper is outdated for a reason.

This was originally meant to be my intro banner, but I decided against using it when building the website — so I gave it a new purpose and included it here.

This was a small stop-motion project, created as part of a university assignment. I worked on it together with two of my colleagues, taking on the role of lead animator, as I already had experience with the photo-capture software we used for production.

This animated GIF was part of a university project where each of us had to animate around 2.5 seconds of a song clip. I chose to animate it frame by frame again, as I believe the hand-drawn effect adds more character and personality.

This is one of the first Blender animation studies I ever created. It’s simple, but it effectively demonstrates basic principles like gravity, squash, and stretch — so I thought it deserved a spot here as well.

These are two Blender animations, created as part of a university assignment. We were each given just a few seconds to work with, so I aimed to tell a small story in each clip.

One features the comic character Hellboy in a dark cave setting, which helped create a strong sense of depth and mood. The other is simple but sweet: a small duck sitting in a bathtub, playing with a rubber duck.
Funny, isn’t it?
